Oh my little girly girl. She loves wearing her little play heels to the pool. I figured you are only young once...and lets admit, it's pretty dang cute. She is so fun.
Connor is doing great. He is so brave. Dev taught him a phrase to ask if he can play with some boys at the pool. He wanted to play so bad. A social little guy he is. The language is not going to get him down. He is breaking that barrier....which is really hard to do. I am so proud of my brave little guy. He practiced and practiced the phrase with Dev and then "had to do some stretches and warm up" haha (dev and I couldn't stop laughing about that one). He walked right up to them and their dad said "hey little fellow" immediately Connor said, "OI! QUEREM BRINCAR?" (Hi, do you want to play?) The two little boys took him right in and helped him shoot their awesome squirt guns "that shoot eleven times" according to Connor. It was great. A proud momma moment.
These kiddos make life so enjoyable. We are sure blessed to have such fun, smart, witty, beautiful children. I am not biased, am I? I do love these kiddos with all my being.

The picture of Connor non-nonchalantly playng in Dev's clothes melted my heart, and brought tears to my eyes. Pres is a cutie! And even reading about Connor learning his sentence before hand, practicing, and then finally approaching the other boys made my heart stutter with nervousness, and my stomach a little queasy. What a brave little guy. Glad they're all doing well, and that the other boys played nice.

It is so great. Good learning experiences. Yes, I am sure we will get him a speed-o. all the little Brazilian boys have speed-os. He kinda sticks out haha. love ya!

ReplyDeletethanks love you too. we jumped right into summer here but now its started to cool off. I can't totally see why long sleeves were in stores now.
