These kiddos are so much fun. I love the details in the lives of children.
Presli and Dawson are at such a fun stage because they "play". Their attention span isn't like Connors yet....so all our activities are very short lived. Which makes for a long day when it's raining out.Connor and his love. I don't know that he will ever get bored of legos. We will be happy once our shipment does arrive and there are other options.
A little tangent....these blinds are awesome. Heavy duty and you pull them up with the black pulley on the side. No loose strings. Genius.
haha...during one of Presli's fifteen times changing clothes. I thought it was pretty cute that she had everything placed perfectly to shape her little figure....that and moms giant shoes.
This cute face hasn't slept much the last couple nights. Between growing, teething and change over all it's been a little rough. I hope the office isn't getting complaints of us just moving in.
Connor and Presli were able to go register for school with dad today. Connor said he was a "little nervous".
They came home with a giant bag full of uniforms, backpacks, water bottle, booklet, and toothbrush holder. It is normal to wash and brush/clean up after every snack at school. Awesome!
It was a tiring day for this cutie face.
I have been trying to teach the kids a couple words a day. I am feeling pretty failurish....I just made up that word. Maybe it's just a nagging mom to and they tune me out. I don't know. I do know I am excited for them to start and get some good structure going on.
Dawson will hoard any ball. Watch out if you come by with a ball.
Honestly, the language will come so naturally for them that I wouldn't even worry about it! I noticed with Tiffany that the more I force it on her, the least interested she becomes. Only when she feels the need to speak that it comes easily. Your kids will have plenty of opportunities to learn it and the best way is with other kids. You'll see! You'll learn from them and they'll even be able to help you out (probably Connor). Just let them take their time adjusting! ;)
ReplyDeleteIt is good to hear from experience, Audrey! Thank you!
